At Pre-Owned Phones, we stand behind every device we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the returns process as straightforward as possible.
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your device. If you change your mind for any reason, you may return your phone for a full refund, provided that:
The device shows no signs of user damage.
iCloud / Find My iPhone has been signed out and removed from your Apple ID.
All passwords and screen locks have been removed.
The phone has been reset to factory settings.
The device is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
Warranty claims or defective devices: Pre-Owned Phones covers return shipping.
Approved warranty collections are arranged via RAM Couriers.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team within 7 days.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send return instructions or arrange collection where applicable.
Once inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned device.
Devices That Cannot Be Returned
Devices damaged by the user after delivery.
Devices where iCloud / Find My iPhone has not been removed.
Devices with passcodes or screen locks still active.
