At Pre-Owned Phones, we keep our grading system simple and transparent. We only offer Best Grade pre-owned iPhones, meaning every device is carefully selected, tested, and approved before being listed for sale.
What does Best Grade mean?
Best Grade means the phone is in excellent overall condition. The device may show slight signs of previous use, such as very small marks or light cosmetic wear, but these signs are minimal.
Most importantly, every Best Grade phone is 100% functional and has passed our quality control process before being sold.

Devices may have very light cosmetic wear, but no major damage or heavy wear.
100% functional
Every phone is tested to make sure all key features work properly.
Battery 80% or above
Each phone comes with a battery health of 80% or higher.

We stand behind the quality of our devices. Every phone purchased from us comes with a 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind when buying a pre-owned iPhone.
What we check before listing a phone
Each iPhone goes through a testing and quality assurance process before it is made available for purchase.
Display and touch
We check that the screen and touch response work correctly.
Cameras
Front and rear cameras are tested for normal functionality.
Speakers and microphones
Audio, calls, and microphone functions are checked.
Charging and buttons
Charging port, buttons, and general device controls are tested.
Network connectivity
Devices are checked for normal network and connectivity performance.
Face ID or Touch ID
Where applicable, biometric features are tested for functionality.
